Plan 1 - Ad-Hoc

On-site IT Support and Maintenance
( At Client Premises in Pampanga Area only)


  • On-Site First hour : 1.5K peso ( min 2 hrs per visit) - 3K peso per visit minimum
  • Subsequent Hours : 1,000 peso per hour
  • Prolong Tasks : Per day rate 6K peso (capped at 8 hrs per day)
Remote IT Support and Maintenance
( in Axon PHP Office or Remote )



  • First Hour : 1000 peso
  • Subsequent Hours : 800 peso per hour
  • Prolong Tasks : Per day rate 5K peso (capped at 8 hrs per day)
Remote Web Updates and Maintenance
( Remote or in Axon PHP Office )


  • Remote Web Updates/Support : 800 peso per hour - flat per hour rate
  • Prolong Tasks : Per day rate 5K peso (capped at 8 hrs per day)
Other Areas:

  • Transport charge : 1K -4K peso depending on locations
  • Excludes: Parts
  • Terms: 50% deposit is required for all tasks involving hardware purchase.

Maintenance Terms:

Each Site Visit Client to Sign off Axon On-Site Visit Timesheet
All re-work caused by Axon or tasks not able to accomplish, time taken will be waived off.
Credit Maintenance applicable to direct and associated firms only, not transferable to other firms/home visit.
Turnaround time for support tasks same or next working day/engineer availability . Retainer tasks carries top priority.

(4) Admin Fees of 1K-2K peso applies if we are required to purchase items on behalf and will bill client.
(5) Hardware/Network faulty items, respective vendor will invoice client directly for repair/replacement of parts.

Surcharges:

Same Day / After office hours: 1.5x
Weekend: Surcharge 2.0x
Public Holiday: Surcharge 2.0x
